But anyway, I've been sleeping like shit.

Becky's been sleeping like shit because she's sleeping next to me and I'm sleeping like shit.

Not to mention I'm, you know.

I don't know what it's like to be a woman who sleeps with a man who snores.

I'm sorry, a snoring person, but I I it doesn't sound fun.

Uh so so I've been working on trying to come up with some, you know

things I can do here in Japan without a doctor's appointment to like at least stop snoring.

And there's a device that I knew that I I knew I probably needed or would want if I got

diagnosed with a apnea properly, called a MAD, an M A D.

It's a uh an oral appliance, a a m uh oh bot see, I don't have that word man mandibular advancement device.

Um sounds like if your if your kid is in military school, uh

like a m a guffin in a movie that you'd use to to cheat on your term papers.

Uh the mandibular advancement device moves your mandible forward.

And it creates it basically like yanks up that whole bottom part of your mouth and jaw so that your tongue can't suppress your airway.

Uh just physically cannot.

And of course these are you gotta pay out of pocket, you gotta pay up one two thousand dollars.

I'm not it takes like three weeks with with all the lab work and the x rays and whatnot.

Uh so I'm I'm not gonna like get one of those in Japan, I thought, until Claude mentioned that they have boil and bite models, similar to how you would get like a cheap mouth guard if you were playing like a kid's sports or something.
