So I uh ordered one on Amazon and I boiled it.

And I bit it and then I put it in my mouth and uh I slept with it for a couple of nights and I thought I was going to die because it was advancing my mandible way too far.

And uh just a lot of pain in the morning, uh, because uh your jaw

is not doing that for a reason, it turns out.

And uh you'd wake up and you'd have this huge underbite and y and you just felt you're like, I'm doing damage to myself, but my wife is reporting better sleep than ever, so I guess I should keep doing it.

But uh there's these little adjustment knobs and apparently I I had not, you know.

torn off enough thumbnail yet for the amount of torque necessary to fully unadjust it.
