What's the balance with list management, looking where your team's going to be in two years' time, whilst also knowing you, wanting to turn things around instantly on the spot?

How's that balance been?

Is that sustainable, do you think, during the business end, Kingers?

Teams will have the full season to scout that and pressure will rise come finals time.
