Whenever at home there was any, like, it doesn't matter what sport it was, I didn't want to be in the room when it was on the TV, so I would just leave.
And my family was massive supporters, so they watched all the games.
And they got a bit annoyed at me that I don't want to watch the games with them, but I was like, no, you guys can really watch, but I'm going to go to my room.
Like, I can't.
Yeah, just too hard.
My heart was hurting.
Yeah.
I did end up watching their final game, though, their bronze game.
So...
muster up the courage I was like no I need to at least watch this one for them so yeah it was an experience that I know I need to take better care of my body after that it was six months I had a downtime I was like this is a perfect opportunity for me to look at what I need to work on what I can do better
How did I care of my body better?
So I enjoyed my six months off.
As bad as it was, not going to come games.
I enjoyed it.
I learnt a lot about myself.
Well, gosh, I think smarter, not harder.
Harder's not always the answer.
And I think at that point...
I didn't like listening to the doctors and the physios when they told me something because I was like, no, I can do this.
