A blessing and a curse because, I mean, that's where I was like, no, even if it's the smallest niggle, I need to mention it because it can turn into something big.
and so need to take better care of my body need to acknowledge that doctors and physios know more than I do so if they tell you not to do something you don't do it so that was a key learning and obviously harder is not always the answer you can be smarter about it but then life outside of netball as well you know when things are going well you don't really want to change too much in the routines and things that you do but the six months that I had I was like perfect opportunity to
experiment a little bit so I experimented in my diet and how I did things as well and I've been lactose free for ages at that point for a few years and then I decided to go gluten free as well I had a grumbly tummy for years and years and I just let it be and then I went gluten free and it's been amazing and challenged myself with

Sometimes it's a bit harder.
Sometimes you need that support and you need that somebody to pull you through.
But I think you have to look at it like that.
Otherwise, you're just going to stay stuck in that mentality of, you know, the world is against me.
So, nah.
Yeah, we do have a sports psychologist, Rodney.
