Welcome to Speaker Dynamics.

So I shared with you that quick anecdote about the super soaker because I think it is in great contrast to the way we approach any sort of communication training.

I call myself chief confidence creator, and there is a reason for that.

We like to build people up, not tear them down.

So if you are looking for somebody who is going to be super hard on you and beat you down, that's not us.

I feel like anytime you're entering into communication training or communication coaching, you're making yourself very vulnerable.

And I am very cognizant of that, very appreciative of that.

And I want to treat it in a way that it deserves to be respected.

And through that vulnerability, that is a way that you can grow.

So like philosophically, I'm never going to pull out a super soaker.

I had somebody else who sent me videos from a previous communication coaching session that they had.

And

The person was on video and he was going through his presentation.

And I kept on seeing him be interrupted by a faceless person on the other side who was like yelling at him.

Anytime he did something that was, I'm going to put this in air quotes, incorrect.

We don't do that.

You know, we do.

offer constructive criticism but hopefully in a way that it allows you to take that that information in and apply it and grow I feel like if you just yell at people that's not doing any good what are you thinking so philosophically we are confidence creators and so if that resonates with you great if not if you're looking for somebody to yell at you we're not your people

But let me just go over a little bit about what communication coaching and communication training looks like when it comes to speaker dynamics.
