And then I just take out one every day or two when I need it and that'll go for one or two meals depending on how hungry I am.
Having those jars of soup ready and done is really great.
And they work well for a lunch as well.
And making one batch of soup fills quite a lot of jars and lasts you for a while.
I think my last batch filled about ten of those jars.
So obviously you gotta have space in your freezer, but then it's really helpful.
I know some people like to put flat con flat uh plastic bags of soup to stack in the freezer.
But I wouldn't put my soup into a plastic bag.
Too many micro plastics.
So the jars that are glass work very well.
I hope you're feeling inspired, have some ideas.
Uh sitting down and writing down ideas of things that you like and enjoy that would be great to be able to grab really helps.
And it really doesn't take that long.
And once you get into the swing of it, you could make one thing a week and add to your stash while still having leftovers from the other things, and you gradually build up what you have.
We like to make um muffins from freshly ground spelt flour, which is also good high-in nutrition muffins.
to grab as well, or to have as a snack for the family.
