If it's still too dry, you could add more almond butter or you could add a little water, a tiny bit, so you don't want it to get soggy.
And then as soon as it's in a shapeable dough, you just roll it into balls or put it into a lined baking tin and then cut up the pieces.
uh after you leave it in the freezer for just a short time.
You should always score it first.
Leave it in the freezer a bit and then break apart your pieces.
I put them in a glass dish with a lid in the freezer.
So it takes a bit of time up front, but doing it once a week, in fact mine have lasted for three weeks so far.
It's really not a big deal.

Um, so just do what you prefer.
And you can really use any nuts or seeds that you like.
And then just see if you need more dry ingredients, then add some more ground seeds.
And then it works really well.
And obviously it's gluten free and flour free, etcetera.
You could use a date sweetener instead of some of your liquid and instead of your other sugar.
Um so that you would a boil kettle and then have about eight dates in a bowl and add a little bit of boiling water and leave it for a few minutes to soften and then you blend it up into a liquid in the blender and add that.
You don't want it to be too liquid.
