Because we know, and we know at the conference, we spoke so much about the importance of trust and cultures of trust and psychological safety.
Yet we've got this backdrop of noise saying, you know, you can't trust the future because people are going to replace your jobs with robots.
And then how are you going to pay your bills and put food on the table?

guess I'm kind of just to bring it back out into
sense that you're right at the thick of this AI space, yet we're in a backdrop of society of fear.

And I'm just thinking, how does this translate in organisations that aren't so product focused?
Does it does it work there too?
And really important that you can't have the freedom without the framework.
So I imagine people think the freedom is easier to think about than the framework and actually
you mustn't kind of plunge for the freedom without the framework being in place.
But I I'm really interested in Timothy's question about the mindset shift because I think this is this is a big step from traditional MBA training, leadership training.
