And that's all about
Putting taking the steps, you
either a big leap towards something, like maybe that's applying for a a master's degree in something, going back to school, or maybe it's a little leap.
Maybe it's just asking to have coffee with a mentor at work or somebody who could be a mentor at work and sort of finding out more about what the steps would look like for you.
to get where they are.
Um, and so reigniting is really taking the action steps to get you closer to that version.
That you see in front of you.
That you wanna be.
Oh, for sure.
And even my own story, like in hindsight now, six years later, it sounds like I'm saying, Oh, I was a professional concert cellist and then there was lockdown and suddenly I was an author and a coach.
What it really looked like was I no longer had concerts but I still had students that I was working with.
I worked with them on Zoom.
I started a cello festival online.
I started a year long teaching program online.
Meanwhile I'm working with other musicians on their music projects.
So I was very much a cellist who just wasn't performing.
And then I leaned in more to my role as a coach, right?
