I took coaching courses and and studied the art of coaching and the skills of coaching.

So then I was coaching other people.

Uh and I was a former cellist who was a coach, right?

And then I wrote a book about all of this.

So then I added author.

I started my podcast during that time, right?

So it really slowly builds from one thing.

You're kind of taking one step away from your old life towards a new life.

One step away from a previous role, towards a new role, um, and a new definition of who who you can be.

You know, the whole title of my book, Beyond Potential.

can be interpreted in a lot of ways and uh

I did that on purpose.

And my favorite way to interpret it is that we all have this idea.

You know, we're all adults and we have this idea of what our potential is.

And if we think about it, it's like, oh yeah, it's because

You know, some teacher told us, oh, you've got a lot of potential here.

Or family members told us what our potential was.

And so we realize, if you think about it, our idea of what our potential is comes from a lot of external sources.

And if we can get quiet and take a look at ourselves, we can go beyond that.
