Welcome back to another live recording of the Walking Trophy podcast.
I'm really digging this.
I think we're going to be doing this more often because these live podcast recordings really give me an opportunity to interact with you guys when you're able to join live.
So I let you guys know on email today, if you're subscribed to my email list, I let you know that I was going to be going live today at 3 p.m.
Pacific Standard Time, which is exactly what we're doing right now.
So if you are not on my email list, if that is not a place you find yourself, if you've not been receiving my emails, make sure you DM me that you want to join the email list and I'll make sure to get you happy.
added that you know when these live podcasts are going to be because it's really fun to interact with you guys.
So for today's episode of The Walking Trophy, I have a very important question that I want to start this all out with.
But are your workouts actually making you better at business?
Oh, what a concept.
Well, if you've been around here for a minute, you know that that is the entire purpose of body-based scaling.
We train our bodies in the gym to be able to build the qualities of the leader that is able to win outside of the gym.
So traditionally, when you think about working out, again, you're thinking about getting in a sweat, maybe getting a little arm pumping.
You want to build the booty.
You want to build the legs.
Maybe you're coming back from an injury and you're trying to rehab your way back into an active lifestyle.
Those are all amazing valid reasons to work out and we love it.
And let me propose this concept to you.
If you're really good at squatting, let's say you can sling some weight on the bar in a squat, but you still find yourself wobbling when you just launched a new offer and nobody signed up yet.
Or you've declared that you're going to host a retreat and all but one spot still needs to be filled.
