And I met all these different ones.

And I remember going just randomly, I was like, would any of you like to go away for a weekend and do a retreat?

And to this day, those four girls that I had met, they're best friends, like they have a WhatsApp group, they meet up, they go on holiday, they're always together.

And that's happened over and over and over again.

where they have come together on a long weekend away, look after themselves.

It's lovely.

You know, everyone knows what a retreat is.

You might do a bit of yoga, downtime spa, all that kind of thing.

But the key is that they become each other's like...

You have to have that.

Otherwise, you're on your own.

And you're in a, you have friends, but they're going home to their husbands maybe.

You have to find someone who knows what it's like, you know.

Yeah.

That's okay.

Yeah.

And... I think that's missing in the grief world.

Is that like most people just have to go and walk that road on their own.

Yeah.
