put up you like when you have your period so it's good for when you're having sex so you can still have sex I wouldn't say they're good for like when you're like super heavy on your period like you can have some leakage but like if you're like day three or whatever and it's just like mild then um then they work really well but like I definitely have used it on like when I'm super heavy you just gotta like change it more regularly
