And like in terms of uh how customer friendly they are any game that you buy you can get a refund within two weeks if you've played it for less than two hours.

And there have been games I've

but we're within two hours.

I'd been like, eh, no way.

So that's really good and

then there's no monthly subscription fees.

There's none of that like PlayStation Plus or like Xbox Live or like anything that you need to pay to access online features.

And one of the things that I really love about them as well is just their wish list system.

Like you add a game to your wish list and they will email you the second that goes on sale.

And it does give you an opportunity to get games at really decent prices.

they're a private company as well.

Like they don't have to bend to their shareholders, which is another thing that really differentiates them and lets them do all of these things.

So Steam previously

released a console years and years back and it was a bit of a disaster because at the time it didn't have support for a lot of games and there wasn't a huge incentive for developers to prepare the games for that console or like extend support to SteamOS or anything like that.

But now they have fixed that in the new console.

They really took the

first Steam console the mistakes from that and rather than just saying we're never doing this again, they were like, okay, here's everything that went wrong in it and we're gonna rectify that in the next one, which is really nice to see rather than tech hardware makers in any sector just tend to like bring a lot of the mistakes forward.

Yeah, like it is expensive.

It's significantly more expensive than PlayStation or Xbox right now.

About four hundred euro more.
