Yeah, I don't think the people in our organization feel that way at all.

I think we treat our players great.

I think we care about them.

And I think that they like being in an organization where winning is the goal.

That's what you want as an NHL player.

You want to be in an organization where you believe, you trust, you're confident that management is going to do everything they can to help your team win.

And that's how we've approached it.

I think we're not reckless with it.

I think we...

make hard decisions, but we put a lot of thought.

We have good process.

We have good data that we put into those decisions.

We do try to put the best team we can on the ice.

That's been our goal.

As I said, I think our players like being part of that.

Just the energy of our team didn't seem to be where it needs to be.

When we're at our best, we're on our toes, we're aggressive, and just really felt like that had sort of disappeared for us a little bit.

And, you know, it takes place over a period of time.
