Yeah, so I I think I think there's you know been a lot of confus confusion over the course of the last few weeks.
And that's what happens in a in a process like this.
We're we are still in active live negotiations with the county and the city on a memorandum of understanding.
Uh that was true yesterday, it's true today.
There are live meetings throughout this week, last week, and over the last few months, uh to bring this public
private partnership, responsible public private partnership to fruition.
And that process includes, you know, give and take on both sides.
We've certainly made a number of concessions along the way uh to really make sure that this is a fair deal uh for the county and the city.
And uh you know Commissioner Hagan who I know you've had on on your show, uh, you know, and I have both talked about the importance of ingredients and
