And so there are a number of ingredients that are a part of that.
They're still all being discussed amongst the staff at the county and the city.
And when that MOU uh is ready for prime time, I can assure you we'll come on the show, we'll talk through it, uh, and uh and and it'll be an open, open process.
And so at this point, there's a lot of ingredients.
A lot of ideas, a lot of discussion, and I will say a lot of enthusiasm around the appetite of getting this deal done as I travel around the you know, around the city and throughout the county.
Incredible excitement and we want to keep that momentum positive as it is going into tonight.
No, I mean I look this is this is a big deal for the community.
So I don't think any notion of y you know uh uh of that, you know cer certainly, you know, we we're all aware of how those deals got done in other communities.
I I remember vividly where I was the morning I woke up and saw that the Braves were moving out of downtown to um to Cobb County.
And I don't think anybody knew that those discussions were even taking place.
Nobody.
So our our approach
Here has been to be unbelievably transparent.
We've done over a dozen public meetings, as you know, uh, you know, from sports bars to town community centers to high schools, uh, and and really every everywhere we're asked to go, uh we appear.
I think this is the fifth or sixth different media, you know, uh uh spot I've been on today.
And we'll do more because because and it and believe me, uh you can hear
In my voice, it's not because my vocal cords need it or anybody wants to see many more of me.
I promise you that.
It's because this is a public-private partnership, and the entire community is a part of this journey with us.
