It's almost imp it's very difficult to obtain a warrant.

And it's it's it's no reflection on who gave the mitigation.
But it was claimed since he got moved from Cork to the high security prison in Portalista, he'd be assaulted twice.
But um the guards were totally unaware of that, which is very unusual.
There there's a very open channel between the Irish prison service and the guardian.
So um and I know we we made our own inquiries, these assaults m possibly don't exist.
He's a big, tall I think he's six foot five, despite his age, he wouldn't be someone that um he's I saw him in the court, sitting in the back of the court.
He's a big presence.

And the two big prison officers s flanking him in the in the courtroom.
So he w he wouldn't be someone that uh I'd imagine would be bullied.
