No, that was the first time I ever spoke to Daniel Kinahan.
So, yeah, it was kind of a surprise.
I had been saying earlier, I had been speaking to an intermediary and that person, you know, certain conversations happened.
And I think it was decided between that person and Daniel that the best thing to do, maybe while he was deciding to issue a statement, was to actually have a conversation with me.
And it turned out to be kind of a lengthy conversation, really.
He really hates the media.
Yeah, particularly the Irish media.
Particularly, he really seems to, he doesn't like our newspaper group at all.
He's not hiding his intention there at all either.
He kind of says that a number of times.
So ultimately what we found out afterwards, he wasn't very happy with how the article was done and the statement.
We obviously printed the full statement and everything like that.
But I think as time went on, he realised that we were actually as fair as what we could have been at the particular time.
Ultimately, yeah.
Yes, eventually.
And it took another day or two before the statement arrived.
Actually, in the course of the conversation, he had said that he had a number of statements, but we got one of them eventually.
It ended up coming to us late, very late on a Friday evening, I think maybe two days after that conversation actually happened.
