Hand was one of them.

There was actually fairly chaotic scenes when he was charged in Tullamore District Court.

It was about five or six months after the murder.

Family members and associates of Mr. Daly were in court and there was a lot of abuse given to Mr. Hand to the point even a daughter of

the deceased was strictly warned by the judge so it was a very tense scene he was carted off to prison he spent a number of months he was even sent forward for trial on a murder charge before the charges were just dropped the explanation given to us at the time was it was due to a lack of evidence but

Yeah, it was kind of strange.

So the two other guys, one of them got cleared of all charges and the only one ever convicted in relation to the daily murder, he was the lookout and not a key gang member, but associated with these.

And he was convicted only of manslaughter.

Yeah.

I think he got something, possibly 11 years in prison.

He's spending more and more time, basically, in the Clondalkin area, Rowlandstown, Neilstown.

And he builds up, even his social media, you can see that he's actually becomes very close friends with an individual who's now in his 40s.

He was actually only recently jailed at Watford Circuit Court.

pretty bad drug intimidation death case where, again, innocent people have been threatened.

I think he got something to the effect of five years or so.

But those two and a number of other associates ended up in a row.

Now it was low level compared to, I guess, some of the stuff we talk about, but there was firearms incidents and it involved a dispute with another crowd from that general Clondalkin area.

At one point,

we would have reported on an incident where he and his friend kind of got chased into Rowlandstown Guard Station for fear of their lives.

The two criminals, obviously Hand and his associate, didn't make a criminal complaint.
