I think there's a certain stage of company that some people are great at operating at, and then there's a second, third stage of a company that people excel at.
Once our company gets to a certain size, I personally think that there's better people that are suited for that size of a company to take it to the next level because it becomes a very different operational game.
It becomes like a very different strategic game than someone who's building it from zero to 250.
