And everything you do, you are pouring and watering that thing.
So if you have friendships that feel really depleting, but you keep pouring into it, you're actually sustaining it.
You're feeding it with your energy.
And this is one of the hardest lessons, I think, for sacral types to learn is that we sometimes do need to pull back our energy and reassess and be wise with where we're putting our energy.
So a couple months ago, you're noticing this depletion.
I'm curious for you, was there a specific moment where you knew it was time to make a change or did it feel like it was just growing over time?
Which, I mean, nothing wrong with that if that's who you truly are and what you enjoy.
But even from looking at your design, one of the things we had talked about is this channel you have.
of transitoriness.
And it was one that you share with Anthony Bourdain.
And he's someone I really loved and was so inspired by.
And I think we talked about him as this example of someone who was exploring and tasting different things and had this adventure and hunger.
There's a theme of hunger with this channel, actually.
And so typically with people who have this channel, there is this zest for life.
and enthusiasm about doing different things.
Not that they have to be really, really social per se, but they're usually interested in doing things.
So when that starts to really fade out completely and it seems to be persisting and there's less satisfaction and they're kind of going into that shell, that can also be a sign that there's a little bit of misalignment.
Yeah, I mean, it definitely brings a desire for new experiences, to feel new things.
