Yes, there's basically only one other one and it's Tetsuya Imai in Houston who people haven't seen a lot of either.
Yeah, and it's, I mean, I think probably, you know, this is a guy who's only 22 years old still.
Probably the fact that he navigated a start like that where they weren't chasing at either of his swing and miss pitches and his chase pitches at all.
and he still managed to go six innings and not walk the ballpark and use the fastball that effectively is probably a pretty positive thing to build on.
But yeah, he is, for context, I mentioned the chase rates there.
The splitter on the season has been chased a little more than 31% of the time, and it was at 26 yesterday.
And the slider has been chased 37% of the time, and it was at 0% yesterday.
So it is, we've seen this before too.

The Twins just, for whatever reason, they could lay off the splitter.
And the swing rates for the Twins, and he would walk more guys against them, and he would have to use the fastball in the zone more.
And so it's one of those things where the Mariners did a great job.
To what degree can other teams replicate it?
I don't know.
Nobody was able to do what the Twins did against Kevin Gosman for a couple seasons.
So I don't know.
Maybe they picked up on something mechanic-wise or tip-wise too.
Or they just saw it really good that day out of the hand.
Sorry, just to be clear, what you were tipping was when you were already in your mechanics and the hitters were already in their motion or already had seen what they were trying to pick up on?
And if you're the hitter, you have to put your eyes on something other than the ball for a split second, which could cost you in terms of where you're swinging.
