That's what I've done.
That's what I've tried to do anyway.
So I'm not perfect at it, but I've tried to just do like the next right thing.
And there'd be days like I've I've shared at least with you, there's been times when like for and I would have a like a daily goal of just move somebody forward in our recruiting business.
Just one person that on our list move them forward and we call it a win.
Right.
So you could if if you wanted to call that a goal, I guess you could say I've had goals, but I haven't had like recruit X many or sell this number of houses or work out this many a times or this many day nights.
Like there hasn't been like
Whereas like I used to set goals for like all of the important what's the word I'm looking for?
