It's not the same thing, but this is what it reminds me of.
Back in 2010, Ben Kenny wrote a book called Social, which is really funny because if Ben, he's not social.
And I was I him and I were just becoming friends.
Like we had really kind of just gotten to know each other.
But him and I were having this conversation and we were kind of laughing and we were we were sort of poking at
Kind of the older generation of realtors.
And they're who were mocking us for embracing social media.
And the thing that we loved our conversation with was it's gonna be those of us that actually embrace it and learn how to use it.
that it's gonna help us like lap these people.
It's gonna help us, it's gonna help us grow right past them.
So in a way, I've seen this movie before.
It's not the same degree.
Social media is not AI.
AI has way bigger impact, but it was a lesser version of it.
And sure enough, not that I still to this day in 2026, if you said to me, I gotta get on social and start doing I would say you don't you don't gotta.
I know plenty of successful agents that don't touch it.
I say and I still believe that to this day.
But you could also use it very strategically and it could propel your business in a big way.
Case in point, you like I've seen what you what you've done with it and so many others.
I I know what I did with it to grow my sales business.
