It's simple, and it's also really hard.

You have to go meet the physicians and the scientists where they're at.

I'm not a scientist, but I still attend different grand rounds, different lectures, just so I can hear what's going on, but then also catch a couple of the doctors on the way out of the door, and they'll tell me what's on their mind.
I think the way you stay lockstep with your physicians and your physician scientists, again, is simple.
Work really hard.
Be authentic.
but reach out and talk to people face-to-face, not as much in the mode of communication we've fallen into.
Medical school, I think, will shrink to three years.

I think simulation, again, virtual reality, will be able to shrink down the length of time it takes to do your surgical training.
