We're doing more just-in-time training in the hospital.

We reopened them as simulation centers.

so the team can go down there and learn side by side, that's pretty easy to move into a virtual reality.

I think you're gonna see VR replace a lot, a lot of what happened currently in a residency and in the classroom.

When you train as a physician, you're trained to know everything there is to know about your specific disease.

I think running a healthcare academic medical center, it's the opposite.

You have to rely upon everyone that works for you.

So I lead them, but I have enough humility that I don't know how to do their jobs and I need them.
