And it's backed by a security, usually the Treasury bill, less than 92-day duration.
That's a known thing, and it's been adopted and it's being adopted.
What was assumed is right after that bill, the Clarity Act or the Infrastructure Act, it was called back then, which would finally make a determination about what is Bitcoin, a commodity or a security?
