Right now in front of lawmakers, as you and I speak, and there's a lot of hope that this time it's going to pass with a lot of regulation in it.
For example, not allowing interest on stable coins, but a bank can pay you interest on cash.
Seems a little unfair, so they've got to work all that out.
Not allowing any president to profit on the trade of coins is also being contemplated in that act.
And other things, but mostly what the most important thing is, is that
It would make it easy for an institution to say, well, my compliance department has now seen its law and now I can own 3% weighting in crypto.

Here's what happened.
All these institutions, big ones, the sovereign wealth funds started doing their analysis for, because I remember there was a conference, the Cantor Conference that was going on in Florida at the time.
And I spoke there along with many others about this situation.
It wasn't even a dilemma.
If you do the analysis, and this is the part that nobody did, the whole crypto industry was saying, you got to own this, you got to own that, you need a little bit of this, you need a little bit of that, you know, that whole thing, like which blockchain, yada, woof, woof, woof, woof, was going to make it.
Some young analyst, I don't know who, said, hey, boss, I don't know anything about crypto, but...
You asked me what positions we have to put on to get exposure to the market.
And he said, you only need two.
You get 97% of the volatility, the entire market with Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The rest are poo-poo.
And he was right.
And all the poo-poo coins collapsed.
