And I think I had such a great example with my parents and seeing even if there was fighting because I'm sure there was, but I don't remember any of that.

I don't think I was privy to that and seeing my stepdad and my dad spend time together and everything just seems so fluid.

I think that's why I've always been so adamant about that.

The kids won't see us fight.

I want you to be as active as and present as you want to be in their lives.

And I don't ever want to be the reason when my kids get older and they say, oh, I wasn't daddy around.

And then it would be me.

Like, I'm so proud of both of us, but really proud of myself that whatever adult drama we have, I keep it to the adults and we handle it well.

We know it's all about the kids and letting them have the best childhood and memories.

And I think we've done a really good job, but also being true to ourselves.

Like if we are mad at each other, we have our conversations.
