Nothing brought her greater joy than seeing her students thrive and succeed.

She would urge them all the time, please study, eat, and repeat, and that was her motto.

Stephanie was loving her life in Leighton, and between her teaching responsibilities, she still loved playing soccer and expanding horizons into volleyball, netball, and touch football.

Both she and Aaron quickly made new friends, especially through the Leighton United Soccer Club, where they both played.

Stephanie was also coaching Leighton High School's under-15s girls and senior teams.

This woman was doing it all.

It's a surprise she even had any downtime, but when she did, she liked to spend it gardening, which is actually a new love of mine as well.

And in April of 2014, the couple headed off for a tropical vacation in Thailand.

And Stephanie's sister, Kim, had a feeling that this was going to be a very special trip.

And she was right.

On April 11th, while enjoying a romantic dinner,

Erin proposed.

And right away, Stephanie sent a very excited text message to her sister with a picture showing off her beautiful diamond ring.

Stephanie was so ecstatic.

She truly loved Erin.
