So when you went out and you created Snowfire, was it because the industry had something like that and they just needed a better one?

Or is it because they didn't understand how to message it to the market and make it a transparent or reliable product that was predictable?

I mean, when I think AI and the rollout of AI...

For the last few years, it's something that I was like, I believe that the AI that we're playing with today is about as good as the automobile that we were creating 100 years ago.

And we were building Model Ts until 1927, right?

So I look at it as its hill and its infancy.

Like, I wouldn't say this is a rotary phone version of AI, but we certainly haven't hit our stride yet.

We're close, yeah.

It's just getting fun now.

It's early stage, right?

So I look at this and go, man.

Like, I wasn't the guy that stood in line for six hours to get my first iPhone.

I waited until the lines were dead, and six weeks later, I'd walk into the store and buy one in an hour, right?

So I didn't have to be the earliest adopter of AI for our business platform, much like there's a lot of companies out there that are building CRMs and ATSs and back at house.

They're everywhere, right?

And you could tie them together and weave them somehow.

Yeah.

And I was like, I'm going to go let the first ones through the wall, which are typically the bloodiest, go break the walls on AI.

I'm like, yeah, it's the herd mentality.

Malcolm Gladwell wrote a book about it.
