You're going to have people operating it for the next 10 years.
That's another 2,500 people.
Did you know that for every one person that's left in that city to operate that data center, it's estimated that they create six domestic jobs in the community they live in?
Those are domestic jobs.
They could be first responders.
They could be teachers or the people that work at the gas station, the grocery store, people that clean your house, do dry cleaning, you name it.
Okay.
But we are creating babysitters, but we're creating those jobs there in that market are creating massive jobs.
So 4,500 to build it, 2,500 operated.
You got another 1,500 that are the break fix.
You got to look at it like an automobile.
There are people that just build cars for a living.
There are people that use cars for a living all day in operations.
It could be the FedEx guy, it could be the DoorDash, it could be the Uber driver.
Cars are used for operations.
They're used, you get paid if you build it.
There's a huge market in the middle in services, people that do the brake fix, the people that do the tires, the brakes, the oil changes, the alignments.
