It takes at least 40 acres to build a one gigawatt campus.

That 40 acres and that one gigawatt data center will take anywhere between three to five years to build it.

It'll take probably 4,500 people to build it.

So that's 4,500 jobs for three to five years.

Now, there's eight manufacturing facilities that have to be created to support the components that are going to go into that facility.

I don't know how many jobs that's going to create.

So I'm just going to focus on the data center, right?

So now you have this data center, and it's 4,500 people that are going to build it.

When you're done, look, they're building multiple buildings.

There'll be 12, 14 on a campus.
