You want it now.

So we had to build where the eyeball content video caching was driving us.

AI data centers aren't like that at all.

Those large range model data centers could go be built out in an oil field where, yeah, we do have access to more of everything with energy than not only the generation, but we probably have the ability to transmit if we had to.

But why would we do that when we have enough land to generate and supply behind the meter with the ability to close transition back to the grid to reinforce the grid and move the needle to the other direction?

Does that make sense?

We have the labor force.

We have the educational institutions.

We have the military bases.

We have the people in the land.

It's going to happen, but other states will compete.

And these states that are pushing data center away, like Maine, who gives a shit about that?

I mean, like that state isn't designed for that, right?

That state is going to be what it is.

And you're not going to change that state.

And maybe that's a great thing, but again,

There are 49 other States that compete against Maine and they want the technology.

You know why?

Because if that technology doesn't go there, not only will that technology leave all the jobs that are going to be created from it, we'll follow it.
