So some of these protests I can understand, right?

Yeah, I think that you asked me a question and I said, the only thing that's slowing down our ability to move fast is policy.

Policymakers haven't.

What if Compass Data Center's example here?

I want to go build a $500 million facility in, let's just say, Dallas.

And they went to the utility provider and said, hey, we're going to pay you $100 million to reinforce the grid so we can get power from you.

There's no advantage to local taxpayers if data center operators build behind the meter.

It allows them to build fast and at scale, but they need to be able to close transition and tie that power back into the grid.

So they have to build to the grid standard, OK?

But they can't wait for the grid to get to it.

But if Compass wanted to go give $500 million to build a data center and give $100 million to the utility to support the reinforcement of their grid, did you know that there's laws that say that they can't give that money to the utility to offset the cost for the consumers?

Let's write policy around that yet.

Yet policy always follows just like the workforce will always follow.

My policy is following late.

There's a lot of the time.

You're right, but you need policy around it and you need people that are pushing it.

And there are only very few pain.
