All right, then we're uh we'll have somebody speak in rebuttal.

Okay.

Um in rebuttal of uh what these folks are saying, um they're bringing up environmental issues.

There's a uh creek and uh uh slopes on the back of the property that can never be developed.

I mean Austin has some of the tightest environmental regulations on the planet, and to suggest that this development is going to somehow have an adverse environmental impact is it's ridiculous.

As far as safety goes, I mean I wish I I don't understand how these guys are able to to put videos up and I have a video I wanna show you of them saying that this this plan that we have would make this whole area a lot safer.

Um they've admitted that they like the plan and they have not negotiated with us in good faith and they've told us that they don't really care about any of that stuff.

They just don't want the property developed at all.

And they're coming in here telling you, oh, the environment safety, oh blah blah blah.

The reality is if this zoning change doesn't happen, this property isn't gonna get developed any anytime in the near future and there's not gonna

to be a sidewalk.

And it's the sidewalk that the actual neighbors in the neighborhood want more than anything.

So um

I mean, I wish I I wish I could show you these videos where they've already admitted this.

Um but I can't because I I don't know what the proper procedure is and I I apologize for that.
