So uh all I can say is that, you know, if you trust your own

Your own city staff and you trust your planning department, then you should just approve this because they've already fully vetted this entire project.

And just because a few people from the neighborhood association come up say that they they represent the neighbors, when the neighbors want a sidewalk and we're offering a project that will give them a sidewalk.

So all I see from these people is bad faith and cynicism.

They've told us to our face, they don't want to

And I hope you can see through their charade the same way that the planning department saw through it and just go ahead and grant us the zoning change.

We're gonna conduct that hearing in the same way.

Now some of you may say, I think we just did that and but under the way we have to do these things is you have the opportunity to speak a second time even though it's

essentially the same item in a lot of ways.

So again, we're gonna have somebody can make a presentation in support of item number 87 for five minutes, somebody in opposition for five minutes, and then we'll go to those in favor, those opposed, and then rebuttal.

We'll close the public hearing and then we'll vote on eighty six and eighty seven.
