I can't I can't remember what you call it when you get together with the with the neighbors and you ask 'em what what is wrong with your neighborhood?

What do you want to see fixed?

The one thing, according to the uh engineering report for Knuckles Crossing uh North Segment, the one overwhelming thing that the neighborhoods have neighborhood the people in the neighborhood have consistently said is that they want a sidewalk around that curve.

They want pedestrian and bicycle safety, which they're not gonna get unless

This zoning change is approved and the property gets developed.

And that's all we're asking.

We just want the city to follow its own policies and give equal treatment to the property owner of this property, just like they've done to the properties around that have all been not all, but many of the properties in that area have were formerly single family and they've been changed to multifamily.

Uh this area is in a job center.

It's in accordance with city policy and we're just asking the city to to basically respect its own

its own employees respect its own planning commission and respect its own policies because this zoning change is in accordance with all that.

And okay, fine, the neighborhood plan contact team wants to object

I I don't believe that they're being I don't believe they're acting in good faith.

Um we had tried to get this postponed because we wanted we we want to report this matter to the city attorney and have their special status removed, but uh anyway.
