you know, who claims that they represent the neighbors in the neighborhood, they would rather block this project and have no sidewalk or any other improvements built, period.

And they've told us to our faces that they just don't want the project to go through at all.

You know, if basically if they get their way on this deal, they're gonna block this project.

If you if you if you pass the zoning change but make it conditional, what's gonna happen is they're gonna come in at the site development phase and do the same thing that they're doing at this phase and just make the project unfeasible for anybody to develop because all they're gonna do is quibble and bring up

Issues about safety when there are no issues about safety.

If they had a problem with this road not being wide enough, they would have brought that up by now.

If they had a problem with with the sidewalk not being wide enough, they would have brought that up.

If they wanted a thirty foot right of way designate dedication instead of twenty feet, they would have brought that up.

And they didn't bring any of that up when we were negotiating.

All they brought up is we don't care about any of that.

We just don't want the property developed

At all.

My position is that they they have not acted in good faith and that they're coming out here and they're telling you we got safety issues and environmental issues when in reality they just don't want the property developed for their own personal reasons.

You know, whatever those personal reasons may be, they're not representing the actual neighbors who live in the neighborhood because the neighbors who live in the neighborhood have made it abundantly clear over many, many years of of public hearings and uh
