We are against the wrong development.

Southwest Austin is not lacking apartment options.

What is lacking is small business development such as restaurants, shops, other services.

This plan merely no this plan only allocates ten thousand square feet to that need.

It also allows stratus to maximize their profit profit when selling the land while giving the area and the city basically nothing back.
