that but they say this is what they say and i have consumed an inordinate amount of lemon content like it's it's too much like i've i've almost watched too much i think which has not been good the marathon starts at 30 kilometers that's what they say because you train you train up to well i trained up to 32 that's the furthest i've ever gone the marathon is another 10.2 on that

So they say you get to that point and it's really a long time on your legs.

I mean, unless you are a professional, you're going to be there three plus hours to get to 30.
