I have followed a plan.

You build all the way.

So gradually increasing, mine increased by two kilometers every long run.

so I started at 12 all the way up to 32 and then you kind of come down the other side so you don't just sort of drop off so from 32 I think then I did 20 on Saturday I did 24 so you you kind of come down and then this week is quite minimal next week real minimal

Yeah.

But it does hurt my brain, at least.

It hurts my brain that that long run was such a long time ago.
