Maybe.

I think there's definitely consistency has paid off over time because I really did stop.

Well, not stop, but I wasn't doing much running over that time.

babies period you know between having Mia then having a couple of miscarriages then having Daisy like it was quite a long time and then I think when I did the Christchurch half and you did the full marathon I think that's when I started to be really consistent with it and

And running, you know, three times a week consistently from then.

And I think that year we did the Auckland one as well, which was at the end of the year.

So that was quite a lot of running.

Anyway, I will say, though, that the program that I've done, I've only done three runs a week on it.

Because, and most of them, Lisa, I know this will bore you to death possibly, but we can change the subject soon.

I think most programs would be four to five runs a week.

And I just felt like that is not sustainable for me at all.

And I don't think it's very balanced.

This is my opinion.

Again, people have different opinions about it.

But I felt with getting the three solid programs,

runs in i could still do my strength i could still teach my classes i could still have that sort of balance of strength whilst improving my running mileage i guess and also it it's quite stressful if you had to do more in your family life like you want to try to make it work that you um

Yes.

I will say though, even, you know, I felt quite balanced.

It has still been a real, um,

challenge to to fit in like it is really hard when you're running for three hours on a weekend like one weekend and he's doing it as well we had to run on the same day because we had something on the next day so I'm gone for three hours he picks me up then he ran for three years it was the whole day the whole day we were ferrying each other around that's what does suck about a marathon and that's what you'll be pleased to say goodbye to it is quite consuming
