Yeah, absolutely.

I think Instagram glorifies it a bit in the fact that it's just like, watch me do my run, blah, blah, blah.

And you just see all the, um, you see the end result, but it's been what?

14 weeks.

We've still got this week and next week we're on week 15 weeks of running consistently specifically.

Jess could probably twist my arm, but I said to her we should do Gold Coast half next year.

I do track it.

I try not to think too deeply into it.

I mean, if I am feeling a sort of way, I can sort of say, oh.

that's why kind of thing.

I know for me, like I'm kind of gutted almost.

I wish like I can push quite hard the day I get my period, you know, like when it comes that day, I can train quite hard.
