It comes as President Trump was quoted this week telling the Axios News website he rejected a previous Iranian proposal for Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz.
That would be in exchange for the U.S.
ending its naval blockade on Iranian ships.
President Trump has now nominated his third choice for Surgeon General, Dr. Nicole Sapphire.
She is a radiologist who works at one of the nation's top cancer centers in New Jersey.
