President Trump says the U.S.

is going to guide stranded ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

The Pentagon says it will offer support from the U.S.

military, but there's been no explanation of how this will be done.

Iranian state media quoted an Iranian leader today who says ships operating in the Strait of Hormuz must coordinate with Iran.

He also says any foreign military operating there will be targeted.

Lawmakers in Alabama will hold a special session today to redraw the state's congressional districts.

This follows last week's U.S.

Supreme Court decision essentially gutting the Voting Rights Act.
