I've been doing nine o'clock.
You used to go to bed like at seven.
Listen, I feel really good about myself right now.
And I think that the peptides, the supplements, the way I take care of myself and the sleep I try to get.
And I specifically say to myself, okay, this is how many hours I want to get tonight because this is what I have to do tomorrow.
Sleep is the only thing that's going to really repair your body, recover your body, your cell turnover, all of that.
Sleep is- The cell turnover.
Sleep is a non-negotiable.
No, it's really important.
And you know what else I discovered in this last couple of weeks?
The more firm the mattress, the better I sleep.
I'm not, like, this is an important subject.
Which is great, but you can't go into other people's homes and say, you need a firmer mattress.
