Versus, say like Middle East.
still feel the mood is still kind of positive.
I mean, not to say that the money is flowing the same way that it was before.

And I mean, slightly different situation that is happening there, right?
I think the the ecosystem in the Middle East is still very much funded by sovereign wealth funds.
And and you're talking like the PIFs like uh PF from Saudi Arabia to Adyah to Bugad Mumbadulas and all these guys, most of the revenues knows coming from oil and gas.

So if you've noticed also the oil prices have also slipped.
So when oil prices go down, obviously they're not in a position to be able to, you know, spend on these luxury projects or your bigger projects, whether it's new or Mundaline or whatever.
Okay.
The money is still flowing, but it's not gonna be flowing the same way as it did before.
So if you're a fund manager that's fundraising there, it's also there's also a bit of a question mark like will I still be able to

And then I think when you talk to Middle East fund managers also it's a bit of a different story.
I mean, first of all, I think it's a more nascent ecosystem compared to see some of the rest of the world.
